How long will it take to receive the order?
We usually deliver products within 3 to 5 days without pre-order, and if any unforeseen circumstances arise, we contact the customer by phone to inform them of the delivery time.
Delivery charges
Within Dhaka city – 500 taka.
Within Chittagong city – 500 taka.
Outside Dhaka and Chittagong city – 1000 taka.
Customer Service
A 24-hour complaint and customer service team works and provides customer service. Basically, it is confirmed whether the customer has received the correct product through the correct order or whether there is any complaint about the product / delivery and the matter is taken up accordingly.
An initial response is provided within 1 hour of receiving the complaint / comment and we are committed to providing a complete solution within 24 hours.
